Consumable Products
For our consumable products (such as hair oils and other personal care items), we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened or used. This ensures every product you receive is always fresh, safe, and hygienic.
Non-Consumable Products
For non-consumable items (such as combs, hair bonnets, or accessories), we may accept returns if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@lelaesse.com before sending any return.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution.
